There will be numerous grand opening activities along with a yet to be announced musical performance from a well known artist. I enjoyed reading this review of a family trip to the Occidental Grand Papagayo all inclusive resort on Costa Rica's northern Pacific coast. The family found a good deal, lots of rain, a pleasant staff, good food, and some interesting trips beyond the gates of their resort.
