All Inclusive Resort Vacations Improve Your Health

A couple of new studies show that people who take at least one vacation per year have a reduced risk for heart problems.

The reason is because our bodies and minds need a chance to unwind and relax in a stress free environment. All inclusive resorts provide a perfect setting for this type of therapy.

Studies at the University of Pittsburgh and the Marshfield clinic both show health benefits from taking vacations.

In addition to the benefits vacations can provide… Continue

All Inclusive Resorts For Teenagers

All inclusive resorts are getting better at providing fun vacations for teenagers. 13 - 19 year olds have too much energy and are way too social to simply sit on the beach all week.

If teenagers don't want to go to a "boring" resort for a week, then the parents won't book the vacation. Resorts are finally figuring this out. Many resorts, especially family resorts such as Beaches, have greatly… Continue

Sandals Dunn's River Villaggio Resort Closing July, 2010

Sandals Dunn's River Villaggio will be closing on July 31st, 2010. The reason it will be closed is because the lease came due and Sandals was not able to renew the lease with the property owners.

I think we got such a good… Continue

Breezes Rio Bueno Review

The Breezes Rio Bueno in Jamaica has completed the name change and is no longer known as the Grand Lido Braco.

With the name change came a few other changes as outlined in the Breezes Rio Bueno Review.

The most significant change is that there still is a separate "au naturel" section, but now guests must pay an $85 daily fee to visit the section and use the pool and services. This has been quite a shock… Continue
