Mexico All Inclusive Destination Recommendations

I'm looking for a good all inclusive resort on the Pacific side of Mexico. I have been to both Cancun and the Riviera Maya. I like the Riviera Maya and Cancun is a little too crowded for my tastes.

Does anyone have any suggestions for Mexico all inclusive resorts on the Pacific side?

I think my top choice right now would be one of the resorts in the Nuevo Vallarta area. Cabo san Lucas seems like it would be similar to Cancun??? I'm willing to consider all destinations, but I primarily just want to experience the Pacific side of Mexico.

I've been looking at some of the destinations with Google Earth. It seems like Puerto Vallarta and Accapulco are pretty urban areas. I guess I would prefer a more beach focused area instead of an urban area.

It will be just my wife and I so we don't need a family style resort although we are not opposed to going to a an all inclusive resort that has kids around if it is in a good location and is the right price.
