Can Grand Pineapple Guests Use Sandals & Beaches?

I'm thinking about booking a trip to the Grand Pineapple Negril resort. Since it is owned by Sandals, I was wondering if there are exchange privileges with the Sandals and Beaches resorts in Negril?

My guess is there isn't, but I did a few searches and couldn't find any solid infomation. I thought I would ask the question here in case anyone kows the answer.

I know guests at Sandals can use the bars and restaurants at other Sandals and Beaches resorts. SInce they are owned by the same company, it would really add value to the Grand Pineapple Negril if I could spend a few days at Sandals and Beaches and go back to Grand Pineapple to sleep.

If anyone has stayed at the Grand Pineapple Antigua and was able to use the Sandals Antigua, that would answer my question as well.

Also, has anyone stayed at Grand Pineapple Negril recently? Any advice or reviews of the resort would be appreciated.

I'm almost positive that there are no exchange privileges with Sandals or Beaches if you are staying at Grand Pineapple Negril or Antigua. You could probably buy a day pass to Sandals, but from what I understand, they are kinda expensive. I have heard good things about the Grand Pineapple Negril.

I was also thinking that if there were exchange privileges between Sandals and Grand Pineapple, then I would think the Grand Pineapple site would highlight that on top of their website because that would be a huge perk and selling point for them. I just visited the website and nothing was mentioned about exchange privileges with Sandals or Beaches.

No, Grand Pineapple guests can't use the local Sandals and Beaches for free.

I checked into this a couple of months ago.

I just recently visted Grand Pineapple, As an agent , they gave me a full tour of the property...and NO you can
not use any Beaches or Sandals facilities...Sandals runs this property but that's the only connection.

Just be careful if your planning on staying there...not like a Sandals resort at all.

Thanks Denise.

Since you were just there, I would be interested in hearing what you thought about the resort.

Did you visit the Negril or the Antigua location?
