All Inclusive Disney?
Is there such a thing as an all inclusive Disney resort?
I've been trying to figure this out and the best I can figure out is that the answer is no in the traditional sense.
However, it is possible to book a vacation at a Disney resort and include your theme park tickets and also the Disney Dining Plan. The dining plan allows you to prepay for snack and meals and the plan is accepted at over 100 restaurants and snack stands withing the Disney resort and theme park complex.
The other way you could have an all inclusive Disney vacation is to take a Disney cruise. All of you activities, meals and room charges will be included in the cost fo the trip. You will see many destinations while the kids feel like they are in a summer camp type of situation with all of their favorite Disney characters. The main thing that is not included on a Disney cruise that often is included at all inclusive resorts is alcohol.
I had never heard of them before, but I just found information for "Adventures by Disney" which are guided tours to locations such as China, Australia, Europe, etc... Guided tours usually include all transportation costs, hotel rooms, and a few meals so Adventures by Disney would probably come pretty close to being an all inclusive Disney vacation.

You pretty well have summed it up but the best thing to do is contact a travel agent and they can help you with a package that includes your hotel, hotel tax, park ticket package, meal plans and you can add your air and a rental car or transfers. Disney does not have an "all-inclusive" package such as going to a resort in the Caribbean or Mexico.
As far as a Disney cruise or most any other cruise, there are so many additional costs once you get on board, cruises certainly are not all-inclusives. You have beverages from soft drinks to alcohol, gratuities, optional excursions, upgraded dining options. So what may seem as an inexpensive cruise can end up not being so once you pay your shipboard account at the end.
Adventures by Disney are great guided package tours. They offer great, great trips especially for children. But not exclusive to children. They offer activities for children and activities for adults so everyone can enjoy the trip. Again, it's not a one price covers everything because not all meals, excursions, beverages...are included.
Your best bet is to call a travel agent as they usually do not charge a fee when you book a package or cruise. You can get a wealth of knowledge at no additional cost. Ask questions such as:
1. How long have they been a travel counselor?
2. Are they certified CTC Certified Travel Counselor?
3. Have they been to Disney or on a Disney cruise?
4. Do they specialize in DWD travel (many travel counselors specialize by studying and traveling to specific destinations and are more knowledgeable)

Hi Tammy,
What is DWD Travel? I did a search for it and didn't find much.
Also, I would love to be a travel agent, but it seems like the travel agent business is not as good as it once was now that people can research and book vacation packages online. Would you recommend that someone like me who loves travel and enjoys helping other people become a travel agent?
